Animal Advocates of Carroll County are having an auction to raise money to help local pets. There will also be a raffle, with prizes that include Scentsy, 31, gift cards, Tastefully Simple, Pampered chef, Tupperware, Jewelry, Sports Stuff and Jamberry, just to name a few. Tomorrow, March 9, 2013, 7:00 pm 2 Sycamore St, Westminster, MD.
